Why we have launched a research bot
One of the big problems analysts are facing is that they want to solve problems in most optimal way, but at the same time not to burn out by the monotony of methods. Too often we receive tasks with “urgent” mark from executives, and it seems that in such conditions things can be solved only with an A/B. But it's not.
I will share how I motivate the team to try new things in research without sacrificing quality and business objectives. I will also show a chatbot that we developed in a small team of friends, aiming to broaden the horizons of analysts, designers and developers. We'll talk about how to train your self-awareness and develop leadership skills.
