Pains of analysts and the emotional intelligence as a way of treatment

  • 40 min

Emotional intelligence is a relatively new topic, but many professionals ignore it while building successful relationships with clients and within the team. By the nature of my work, I often notice what an emotional burden falls on the analysts’ shoulders. In an attempt to find a way out of the situation, I decided to do research and find out what their main “pains” are and how the development of emotional intelligence can help ease or finally “cure” these pains.

We will also look at how EI can help analysts with other workloads. Conflicts? Burnout? Communication problems? Is it true that emotional intelligence is well-developed only in balanced people? What does Marty McFly from the “Back to the Future” trilogy teach us all?

Together, we will try to find the answers to these questions.
