Today, a systems analyst has become not just a specialist working with requirements and system design, but also an important element in building effective teamwork. 

In our project “Systems Analyst — as a Service” we offer a unique model of internal interaction where an analyst can temporarily join some other team, making a valuable contribution in solving specific problems. 

In the talk, I will share the experience of implementing this project: 

• how such a practice promotes knowledge sharing, skill development and the creation of a more flexible organisational structure;
• examples of successful cases;
• optimisation in organising processes.
  

In the talk "Documentation next to the Code. How and Why?", we will explore:

• The advantages and challenges of implementing and using such an approach. 
• The depth of integration with Git. 
• The use of Markdown as a convenient tool.
