    Evaluate, Educate, Integrate: Our Approach to Turning a Risky Junior Hire Into a Valuable Asset

    There is a serious shortage of mid-level and senior professionals in the market, and sometimes we are forced to hire and adapt junior employees.

    I will share how we developed a rather unconventional process for effective hiring and onboarding of employees with limited experience.

    We will examine how the process we have built can help: 
    • Identify the candidate’s weaknesses and strengths that were not revealed during the interview.
    • Create a transparent roadmap for the candidate to successfully complete their probationary period.
    • Reduce the risks of an employee lacking competencies when they start their first project.
    • Strengthen the management skills of the company's senior analysts.
