How we transformed an internal product into B2B. Set of mistakes

Any company happily developing its product for own needs, can modify it for partners' use. Using two successful Lamoda projects, as an example, I will share our conclusions and ways to avoid fatal mistakes. I took part in these projects from the very beginning as a system and business analyst. I still work together with the development team and business stakeholders on improving and supporting them.
