From code to Service

The talk says about the CardStandard Services production workflow. Several years ago the aim of the Software Development Department was code production. However, high level of competition and internal problems have led us to re-thinking of the eventual result and production goals. Step-by-step, a Service Production Conception was built up, and change-over from technological to business tasks solutions was commit. As a result of the changes, the CardStandard has begun to output more than ten new Services a year, the quality of Services provided has increased, the production process has become clear and coordinated.
