Люблю применять новые знания в своих проектах.

    What will I become when I grow up?

    I regularly hear that analysts have no future. That the time will come when analysts will no longer be needed. That there is no role for an analyst above the lead and that there is nowhere to develop. Let's be honest. It's frightening! This kind of talk does not motivate us to develop at all. 

    In a vuca world, we want certainty and to know that analysts have a future, too. In this talk, I will tell you about how analysts feel, which ways of professional development they see for themselves and which they choose. How does everyone answer the question, "what will I become when I grow up?

    Signs of the birth of a big project

    Analysts have situations where the customer brings a small task and hopes that he will quickly get the result. The analyst studies the task, asks questions and the task grows into a big project.
